- We will help suggest a price range in which your home will sell quickly.
- We will ask you to share with us your favorite features about your property. After all, you
  know your house best.
- We will hire a staging service, at our expense, to go through the property and give you
  suggestions on getting your home ready for showings, so your home looks its best to
  get you the best results in the shortest amount of time.

Multiple Listing Service, Internet, & Multi-Media Marketing

- We promote your home to the entire local Multiple Listing Service. All agents and potential
  buyers will have access to your listing the instant it is entered into the system, within 2
  business days of you signing papers.
- We will place a Bricks and Mortar Real Estate sign in the yard, with one of our agent’s cell
  phone numbers on it, so they can be reached anytime a buyer has interest in your house.
- We work with other real estate companies and we make it easy for them to work with us. 
  This encourages other agents to show our listings.
- We will take photos, both interior and exterior, for use online and on the highlight sheet of
  your property.
- We will create a highlight sheet of your home, featuring color photos and special features
  about your property to be placed in a brochure box on your sign for potential buyers to pick up.
- We will post your home on several websites, including: BricksAndMortarRealEstate.com,

It used to be that running an ad in the local newspaper brought in lots of buyer calls. According to

Today’s buyers start their search on the internet, then seek a quick response from a Realtor.
